LLB

General Rules for LLB (three years) ( Six semester) Degree Course (Session 2009-10 and beyond )
Whereas it is necessary to adopt and implement programs and standards developed by the Council of the College of India, MJP Rohilkhand University , Bareilly revised down, LLB three-year ( six semester ) course of studies and oversees the following general rules for the implementation from the academic year 2009-10 .

i . Eligibility :

          A candidate will be eligible for LLB class if he / she has completed BA / BSc / B Com degree or any other degree recognized by MJP Rohilkhand University and received not less than 45% marks at the graduate level . However, for SC / ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks will be 40 %.

ii . Admission procedure :

Admission LLLB first half will be made strictly on the basis of the merit list prepared on the basis of percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination and the weight , if any , for which the candidate may be entitled under the rules of the university. The percentage will be calculated to three decimal places .

iii . To determine the merit for admission of these candidates obtaining equal marks in the qualifying examination , the percentage of marks secured by the candidate in the intermediate or equivalent examination will be the determining factor of merit for admission .

If the marks obtained in intermediate examination or equivalent by two or more candidates are the same, in this case , senior candidates will get age preference in the merit list .

iv . Reservation and weightage should be according to the rules of the university.
